All accidents must be reported to the insurers at an Authorised Reporting Centre (ARC) within 24 hours from date of incident or by the next working day.
If the accident happened on a Friday, it must be reported by the following Monday.

Moreover, all accidents involving death, injury, damages to property and accidents involving foreign vehicles must be reported to the police within 24 hours.

We provide the option to initiate* the accident reporting online from the comfort of your home. Simply submit the required information in our online reporting form.

It is mandatory* to visit our reporting centre subsequently and rest assured that we will provide seamless assistance to you.

 

 

You are required to visit our centre for us to verify the details and documentation within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in a late report.
