I would like to thank Vion for her great customer oriented service, always putting my needs as priority. Her caring and reassuring tone while patiently explaining the claims details made the whole process somewhat less daunting.
Having your car rear-ended during peak hour traffic was already a stressful event, let alone the mere thought of administrative work that was to ensue. It was, however, made better by your service advisor, Ronald, whom had impressed us with his initiative and willingness to assist.
I would like to thank your staff, Jess for his assistance throughout this month as my car was undergoing repair. He is warm and sincere in his interactions and was able to give me timely updates on the status of the repair works. I truly appreciate the support given.

I was attended by Kevin & Ronald from the [claims] department and I was impressed by their professionalism. Although it was past closing time, Kevin took time to file the report and patiently advised me on the necessary procedures. Ronald took over from there and he was accommodating in helping to arrange for the surveyor and a replacement car.
Jason was patient and helpful when attending to my case. Though it was almost time for him to finish working when i arrived, he was still patiently helping me out with my accident claim and inspection of my car’s damages.
